Laura started Pink Jinn in 2015 to showcase the beauty of the Middle East and share stories of its remarkable people. She has two first class degrees in Middle East Politics and Arabic from Durham University and the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS). She has lived and worked in the region and is now Director of Al Ishara Consulting, a political and regional consultancy which provides expertise for companies with an interest in the MENA. Her areas of focus include politics, security and extremism in the Gulf.

elianeEliane Bejjani – Politics Editor

Eliane is a half-Lebanese New Yorker who studied Politics, Psychology and Sociology at Cambridge University. After graduating, she spent 8 months studying Arabic in Amman. In 2016, Eliane completed a Graduate Diploma in Economics at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London and she now works as a Management Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Dubai.

FrankieFrancesca Kelsall – Women & Travel Editor

Francesca is a proud and passionate feminist with a love of luxury travel. She has a degree in French and Italian along with a Masters in Luxury Hospitality Management, and she has lived in the UK, Italy, Canada and the UAE. She has made the most of moving around so much by traveling extensively in Europe, the Middle East, South Asia and South America. Francesca will shortly be moving once again, this time to Malta to work for the Intercontinental Hotel Group.
