- Ethical supply chains: We source our products and services ethically, doing all we can do ensure that the people involved in making our products and services receive a fair wage for their work.
- Impact sourcing: At Pink Jinn, we believe that economic empowerment through employment and entrepreneurship is key to community development – particularly in communities that have suffered the effects of conflict. We have built partnerships with social enterprises across the Middle East and North Africa working to up-skill and employ vulnerable communities.
- Caring for the environment: We are conscious of our carbon footprint and the effects of our activities on the environment, and we partner with companies and individuals who share that consciousness. Wherever, possible, we use reusable and recyclable packaging, avoiding single-use plastics.
- Values-driven culture: At Pink Jinn, our company culture is built around three core values – courage, empathy and learning. These values shape the way we engage as a team, both with each other and with our community and partners.
